Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept any credit or debit card payment as well as PAYPAL. If you do not have a credit or debit card or live outside the United Kingdom please contact our sales office who will be please to assist you.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges are:-

Orders up to £9.99 Ex VAT = £1.50

Orders up to £99.99 Ex VAT = £3.50

Orders over £349.99 Ex VAT = £5.00

Orders over £350 Ex VAT = Carriage Paid

All carraige charges + VAT ( If applicable )



Delivery Schedule

We will try to deliver your order within 14 days. But please allow up to 28 days for delivery as some tools are shipped from the Ingersoll-Rand warehouse in GENK Belgium. Please note all battery products are shipped by road due to Air Freight restrictions. A signature will be required upon delivery for all shipments.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Please note some Ingersoll-Rand products have extended delivery dates. We can check delivery dates before ordering if you contact by e mail or phone.

Tax Charges

For orders placed for UK delivery the standard rate of 20% VAT is added. A VAT Invoice will be supplied with your order.

Credit Card Security

All credit card payments are processed by a secure service provided by Sellerdeck. Payment details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

All Ingersoll-Rand products come with a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty, some are now 24/36 months, which is serviced through the authorised Ingersoll-Rand service network. Please refer to the warranty section on this web site for details. Details of worldwide service agents are enclosed with each tool.

INTRODUCTION

In this privacy policy, "we" and "our" relates to Pneumatic Tool Services Ltd (PTS) trading as Marmax Air Power, company number 2499401, a company registered in England.
"You" and "your" relates to the natural person reading this document that is: considering purchasing, has purchased from or is making an enquiry from PTS.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will use the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order for the purpose of fulfilling that order.
Along with, or instead of, placing an order you may have sent an enquiry to us, in which we will use the information you've provided to respond to and answer the enquiry.

WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?
We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry.
The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order.
We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and phone.
We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.
HOW WE HOLD YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry.
If you place an order, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period required by HMRC, after which we will delete it.

We also have a Legitimate Interest in finding other, similar, people and we may use your email address or phone number to help find such people without any detrimental impact on you and our advertising suppliers similarly have a Legitimate Interest in displaying the most relevant ads.
The third-party processors that we use are large responsible companies or organisations and we are sure they have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your data.
